At Voyage Health we breed winners.Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.Participate in continuous professional development and training.Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.Educate patients and families on health management.Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.Adapt to changing patient needs and healthcare environments.Maintain accurate and timely patient records.Contribute to team goals and support colleagues.Experience/Qualifications Valid RN license in West Virginia or compact state.Minimum of 2 years experience in a MedSurg nursing role.Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.Strong knowledge of medications and treatment protocols.Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and feedback.Experience in utilizing data to improve patient care outcomes.Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and healthcare environments.Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate patient records.What’s in it for you?
