Job Description Superintendent – Commercial ConstructionImmediate opportunity for a Superintendent that is open to travel, for a commercial construction company in the Houston area $75K base plus bonus, PAID benefits and perks.REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years exp in commercial steel building and concrete construction – overseeing projects including employees and contractors in regard to safety
• Provide project list with resume
• Ability to read architectural drawings, documents, schematics and written instructions
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
• Basic computer skills
• MUST Be open to travel and will be paid a bonus for travel work
• Will be paid per diem and lodging for out-of-town travel
• Valid Texas driver’s license

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee finish projects like carpet /paint/ drywall/electrical/tile
