Job Description Our client, located on the west side of Atlanta is searching for a Construction Superintendent to joint their team.The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for providing on-site coordination for all phases of wood framing construction, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. The Superintendent will also be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.Requirements

  • High school diploma, Bachelors degree in construction related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3-6 years of relevant construction experience
  • Valid driver’s license
