In this role, you’ll assist with policy servicing, claims support, and day-to-day client communication. You’ll also have the opportunity to identify additional coverage needs from within our existing client base—providing well-rounded protection and peace of mind.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is service-oriented, organized, and eager to grow their career in the insurance industry.Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and care

  • Assist with policy updates, changes, billing questions, and claims-related follow-up

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure client information is kept up to date

  • Identify opportunities to improve client protection by offering additional coverage options

  • Work closely with licensed team members to ensure a seamless and supportive client experience

  • Expand into additional sales support duties over time, based on performance and interest

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • A customer-first mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous customer service experience preferred (insurance background a plus)

  • Willingness to engage in product conversations and identify client needs with confidence

Licensing Requirements: This role requires active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
If you’re not currently licensed, you must be willing and able to obtain them within a specified timeframe.
