In this role, you’ll assist with policy servicing, claims support, and day-to-day client communication. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and care

Assist with policy updates, changes, billing questions, and claims-related follow-up

Maintain accurate records and ensure client information is kept up to date

Identify opportunities to improve client protection by offering additional coverage options

Work closely with licensed team members to ensure a seamless and supportive client experience

Expand into additional sales support duties over time, based on performance and interest
What We’re Looking For:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment

Previous customer service experience preferred (insurance background a plus)

Willingness to engage in product conversations and identify client needs with confidence
Licensing Requirements: This role requires active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
If you’re not currently licensed, you must be willing and able to obtain them within a specified timeframe.
