This will be a hybrid position requiring at least 1 day a week onsite.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Evaluate software candidate releases for NAMP compliance, technical accuracy of aircraft data, and user workflow efficiencyProvide input on software user guides to ensure concurrence with established USMC KC-130J standard terminology and practicesDevelop training curriculum, brief, and materials for software user trainingConduct on-site initial and recurrent training for software users prescribed by training curriculum, utilizing briefs and materialsProvide software development team technical feedback on aircraft systems and operationsOrganize and track development team meetings, tasking, and deliverablesTravel up to 20%Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent education6+ years of experience as KC-130J Flight EngineerMinimum one tour as Navy Aviation Maintenance ControllerPreferred Qualifications Navy Aviation Collateral Duty Inspector or Quality Assurance RepresentativeClearance Requirements:Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain an active United States Government Secret security clearanceMust have an interim secret clearance prior to onboardingPhysical Requirements: The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.The projected compensation range for this position is $86,500.00-$144,300.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
