I have a 6+ month opportunity for one of our top tier financial clients in Midtown Manhattan for an MDM Support candidate to join the team!

This role will oversee the compliance and initial setup for all iPhone/iPad users for the organization as they transition and upgrade to a new MDM platform.

*** This is 5 days onsite either 8-5pm or 9-6pm. ***

$50-$55/hr W2

Responsibilities:

  • iPhone/iPad setup compliance testing for all new mobility devices
  • Handle inventory and troubleshooting requests via desk visit, telephone, e-mail, and/or the instant messaging system.
  • Consistent customer care, quality standards, and reporting requirements are expected
  • Provide white glove, executive support as required which will include hands on assistance with a variety of devices

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Windows, OS X, iOS, and Android operating systems.
  • Knowledge of Apple hardware, Mac OS X, IOS iPhones and iPads is required.
  • Ability to be a team player and promote the value of the support team’s services.
