Job Description Procurement Manager- Airport Area

  • Serve as primary point of contact between company and all supplier/vendors
  • Develop and execute purchasing strategies in accordance with executive guidance
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPI’s) to executive management team
  • Negotiate pricing with key suppliers with optimum terms
  • Assist executive management team with budgeting for maintenance and growth
  • Provide direct supervision to the purchasing administrator & Production Analyst ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Provide Controller with accurate and timely, weekly and monthly, revenue accruals
  • Manage sub-contractor selection and approval process, including execution of sub-contractor agreements, with assistance and input from the Safety Department
  • Lead continuous process improvement initiative
  • Provide feedback to construction and executive management on trends, findings and opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

  • College degree in finance, logistics, business management, or related field

  • 5 years of progressive experience in construction procurement or logistics management

  • MS Office Suite with EXCEL, Timberline (SAGE 300) preferred

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k

  • Base salary mid 70’s to 80k
