Procurement Manager
Job Description Procurement Manager- Airport Area
- Serve as primary point of contact between company and all supplier/vendors
- Develop and execute purchasing strategies in accordance with executive guidance
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPI’s) to executive management team
- Negotiate pricing with key suppliers with optimum terms
- Assist executive management team with budgeting for maintenance and growth
- Provide direct supervision to the purchasing administrator & Production Analyst ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Provide Controller with accurate and timely, weekly and monthly, revenue accruals
- Manage sub-contractor selection and approval process, including execution of sub-contractor agreements, with assistance and input from the Safety Department
- Lead continuous process improvement initiative
- Provide feedback to construction and executive management on trends, findings and opportunities for improvement
Requirements:

College degree in finance, logistics, business management, or related field

5 years of progressive experience in construction procurement or logistics management

MS Office Suite with EXCEL, Timberline (SAGE 300) preferred

Base salary mid 70’s to 80k
