• Provide exceptional support to existing customers by managing policies, answering questions, and resolving concerns

• Handle billing, policy updates, and claims assistance with professionalism and care

• Identify opportunities within our current book of business to offer additional products that meet customer needs (in-book pivot sales goals)

• Maintain accurate client records and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
