$150,000–$250,000 Annually | Base Bonuses Overrides Incentives Join the Midwest’s fastest growing home improvement company! Great Lakes Home Remodeling is expanding our Detroit (Troy) Division and seeking a proven Sales Leader to coach, develop, and drive a high-performance team selling premium exterior home-improvement solutions roofing, siding, and windows.

What You’ll Do

  • Recruit, train, and lead a motivated sales force
  • Ride along with reps to sharpen performance and close ratios
  • Set and exceed territory goals using structured KPIs and daily accountability
  • Drive sales culture, professionalism, and energy across the Detroit branch
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Install teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project delivery

Who You Are

  • 2–5 years of in-home sales or management experience (home improvement strongly preferred)
  • Confident leader with strong coaching, recruiting, and motivational skills
  • Results-driven, energetic, and ready to make an immediate impact
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
