++Job Description:++

Insight Global is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join one of their financial services clients in New York City. The individual will be a part of the facilities team and will require strong problem-solving skills, client-facing professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Facilities Coordinator will act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding facilities-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintain a professional service-oriented approach. This is a fully onsite role in NYC requiring a working shift from 10am-7pm.

++Day to Day responsibilities++

  • Manage the facilities mailbox and route tickets to appropriate teams.
  • Coordinate and track requests for office maintenance and support services.
  • Liaise with internal and external vendors to address facilities issues/repairs.
  • Monitor and adjust building and office temperatures.
  • Support facility operations by administering building access, processing COIs, and printing new badges.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client-facing inquiries related to facilities.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all facilities-related activities.
  • Support operations for all US locations.

  • 1-5 years’ experience in facilities coordination or related role
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task time-sensitive priorities
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor.
  • Reliable and responsible.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Previous facilities coordination experience in the financial services industry
  • Building Management System (BMS) experience
  • Knowledge or familiarity with HVAC systems
