About The Role We are seeking a talented and entrepreneurial Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team and spearhead growth initiatives at Meshy. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of engineering, product development, and data analytics to design and implement features that directly influence user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. Your work will involve owning end-to-end feature development, running experiments, and building the technical infrastructure that supports rapid iteration and measurable product impact. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, data, and marketing to identify opportunities and deliver impactful solutions. Your responsibilities will include optimizing critical user funnels such as onboarding, conversion, and activation through instrumentation and iterative improvements. Additionally, you will contribute to Meshy’s internal growth tooling and experimentation infrastructure, translating business insights and user feedback into scalable engineering solutions that enhance our platform’s performance and user experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in full-stack or product-facing roles
• Proficiency in JavaScript or Go programming languages
• Strong understanding of modern product development practices
• Excellent collaboration skills and a user-centric mindset
• Curiosity about product growth and a passion for solving problems through code and creativity
• Experience with experimentation methodologies and A/B testing
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Familiarity with modern AI development tools such as Cursor and Claude

Nice To Have

• Experience working on SaaS products, especially those with self-serve or product-led growth (PLG) models
• Knowledge of product analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel
• Experience implementing or consuming event tracking pipelines
• Basic understanding of SQL or other data querying tools
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced, cross-functional environment
