This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic, agile environment, focusing on delivering innovative solutions that meet client needs across diverse industries.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable web applications using PHP and the Laravel/Symphony framework, ensuring code quality, security, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, designers, and product managers to create seamless and engaging user experiences, with a strong emphasis on front-end technologies such as Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ensure optimized compatibility across major browsers including Safari and Chrome, addressing cross-browser performance issues effectively.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust database schemas using MySQL or equivalent systems, optimizing queries and ensuring data integrity and security.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and architecture to deployment, monitoring, and ongoing enhancements and support post-launch.
• Utilize version control systems like Git for source code management, enabling smooth collaboration and continuous integration processes.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues proactively, applying strong problem-solving skills to maintain system reliability and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and continuous learning environment to elevate overall team performance.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with strategic goals.
