Advertised Job Summary: The Arnold School of Public Health, Office of Research seeks a highly motivated program coordinator to support institutional research priorities through strategic communications, data visualization, and leadership development programming. This position will play a key role in enhancing the visibility of research activities and supporting faculty and staff professional development and leadership growth.

Job Related Minimum Required Education And Experience: Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 1 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced skills in data visualization and reporting.
  • Experience developing and implementing faculty or staff professional development programs.

Job Duty: Communications Develops and manages communication strategies that highlight research achievements and priorities (e.g., write content for OoR newsletters, reports, and presentations). Ensures all messaging is consistent and aligns with ASPH vision and mission. Provides logistical and administrative support for projects and initiatives.

Job Duty: Data Visualization Designs and maintains dashboards, infographics, and reports that communicate research data clearly and supports strategic initiatives. Monitors and reports on research metrics, including funding, publications, and collaborations.

Job Duty: Leadership Development & Professional Development Planning Coordinates and evaluates research-focused events, workshops, and symposia. Assists in the design and coordination of leadership development initiatives for faculty and staff members. Supports curriculum development, workshop facilitation, and participant engagement. Helps track and evaluate program participation and individual and school-level outcomes.
