Position: Production Supervisor — Manufacturing
Type: Hourly Contract
Compensation: $55–$70/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Approximately 6 weeks
Commitment: 10-40 hours/week, fully remote and asynchronous
Role Responsibilities
- Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world production supervision based on your professional experience
- Create realistic situations incorporating team leadership, workflow coordination, quality control, and safety compliance
- Develop scenarios handling scheduling, training, performance management, and production troubleshooting
- Review and evaluate AI responses to manufacturing supervision queries for accuracy and adherence to industry standards
- Provide detailed feedback on production management scenarios to improve AI training and model effectiveness
Ideal Qualifications
- Strong experience as a first-line supervisor managing production or operations teams in manufacturing
- Proven leadership with recognized professional achievements and management responsibilities
- Proficient in computers and diverse software systems relevant to manufacturing operations
- Excellent written communication, grammar, and spelling skills
- Successful completion of video interview, background check, training, and qualification assessment
