Cvent’s Consulting team works with customers supporting a variety of projects supporting strategy, planning, and technology evaluation to help modernize and optimize events marketing and management programs. We also support pilot programs for new Cvent solutions and large-scale platform, integrations, and analytics initiatives. We are currently looking to fill a Sr. Consulting Associate role, an essential member of a project team.
In This Role, You Will Project Delivery – 90%
- Work with Consulting leads to support projects as assigned
- Develop a foundational understanding of the client environment and overall project scope
- Support preparation and delivery of client assessments and workshops including documentation of customer processes and workflow, user stories, org design, etc.
- Support the analysis and diagnosis of client issues, challenges and opportunities
- Identify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and judgment
- Independently perform tasks with some guidance to execute a portion of the project scope
- Support core project management activities for assigned projects including preparation of agenda, meeting notes, client communications, etc.
- Sr. Consulting Associates are required to lead certain project workstreams and select projects
Practice Building – 10%
- Support operational projects as assigned
- Contribute to overall strategy for developing Cvent’s Consulting Practice capabilities, offerings, market presence, etc. Refine current services and identify opportunities for new services.
Here’s What You Need
- Sr. Consulting Associate – BA/BS Degree or equivalent with 3+ years work experience
- Experience working in teams and in a team environment that is process-oriented and deadline-driven. Ability to work independently under general guidance
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- 1+ years experience as a hands-on user of a modern SaaS application (Cvent or similar event technology a plus)
- Relevant software or application skills to complete job successfully
- Able to travel up to 25%.

T he estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $85,500 – $88,200 annually + commission depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, relevant experience, and location.
