About the Role:

As a Front-End Web Developer , you will play a critical role in designing and developing responsive, user-friendly web applications that align with business objectives. You will work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product teams to create seamless digital experiences. The ideal candidate has strong coding skills, a keen eye for design, and a deep understanding of front-end frameworks and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Front-End Development:

  • Develop responsive and visually appealing web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Ensure applications are optimized for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Implement and maintain reusable components for scalability and efficiency.

Collaboration & Innovation:

  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and design mockups into functional web applications.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and services for dynamic, data-driven applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation.

Testing & Optimization:

  • Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance testing to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Optimize web applications for speed, security, and scalability.
  • Identify and resolve UI/UX issues to improve usability and engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Accepting applications across varied experience levels from 0 to 7 years of front-end web development experience, preferably in a software or technology-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Experience with responsive design principles and CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS).
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and front-end state management libraries (Redux, Vuex, etc.).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
  • Experience with cross-browser testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
