• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and its frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django)
• Extensive experience with MongoDB, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning
• 7 years of Experience in OpenVMS Products – ACMS (Application Control Management System)
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, with hands-on experience in services like Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Functions, Azure App Service, and Azure Storage
• Strong knowledge of database design, data modeling, and data-driven application development
• Proven experience designing and deploying applications in a cloud-native environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of additional cloud platforms and services
