In this role, you will contribute to the development of mission-critical cyber capabilities, drive excellence in CNO development and lead efforts in advanced Computer Network Operations (CNO). You’ll be part of a dynamic team working on next-generation solutions that safeguard national security systems.Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Designing and developing new hardware- or software-based Computer NetworkOperations (CNO) capabilitiesManaging the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging ofsoftware applications and systemsApplying expert knowledge of network and security concepts to support capabilitydevelopmentCommunicating status updates and technical progress to leadership andstakeholdersEnsuring software quality and compliance with development standardsMinimum Qualifications: High school diploma and 12+ years of technical work experience, or BS degree and 8+ years of technical work experience, or MS Degree and 6+ years of technical work experience, or PhD and 4+ years of relevant experienceExperience in Python and C/C++ programming languagesExperience with troubleshooting and debuggingExperience with low-level system internals across one or more platforms (e.g.,Windows, Unix, Mobile, or network devices)Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP) and socket-level programmingExperience with developing CNO capabilitiesExperience in managing and leading development teamsPreferred Qualifications: Experience in software analysis or reverse engineeringUnderstanding of assembly language programming conceptsFamiliarity with unit testing frameworks and practicesExperience using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible)Clearance Requirements:An active/current TS/SCI with ability to obtain Polygraph is required.Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.The projected compensation range for this position is $102,200.00-$169,500.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
