We have a 6 month contract to hire for a a seasoned Full Stack Application Developer with 4-6 years of experience in React.js, Node.js, and cloud-based microservice development (preferably AWS). They should bring strong UI accessibility (508 compliance) skills, solid SQL expertise, and hands-on experience with modern DevOps tools like Git, Docker, and Kubernetes. This person thrives in Agile environments, mentors junior developers, and excels at designing scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications. 100% Remote.9-5PM no OTMUST HAVES:

About this Role:
- The primary role of this position and team is to support and enhance the member portal.
- This position is to support the member portal.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test and maintain scalable and stable off the shelf application or custom-built technology solutions to meet business needs. Act as a subject matter expert for Application Software developers and Engineers.
- Working in web design development and support in a component UI/microservice and monolithic architectures
- Defining high-level architectural direction on new capabilities requested by the business
- A strong competency in React.js as it’s used in component UI architecture, and Node.js for microservice development
- Building server-less applications using the AWS cloud architecture
- Experience in accessibility/508 compliant UI development (must have experience in tools like an accessibility code linter and browser tools to identify and address 508 compliance violations
- Strong ability to mentor/develop jr. developers
- We don’t have set measurable performance metrics for Senior App Devs. Performance will be measured by completing assigned duties, participation, etc.

Education/Experience:
