Preferred Qualifications Experience working with school districts, education agencies, or education nonprofits. Familiarity with fundamental statistical concepts. Familiarity with data infrastructure tools and practices (e.g., data dictionaries, metadata documentation). Experience in qualitative data analysis, particularly coding open-ended responses. Interest in education policy and research, especially issues related to teacher recruitment, retention, and working conditions. Experience with qualitative coding software (e.g., NVivo, MaxQDA)
