Our client, a top media and entertainment company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our dynamic and fast-paced Talent Acquisition team in their Burbank, California Office. This highly visible role is essential in creating a seamless candidate experience and plays a vital part in ensuring the success of our recruiting efforts across the organization.The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment coordination, thrive in a high-volume environment, and possess excellent attention to detail. This position requires strong scheduling skills, the ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and a proactive approach to solving logistical challenges independently.

  • Location: Burbank, California — Onsite Monday-Thursday, Remote Friday
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
  • Pay Rate: $30/hour

**Responsibilities:

**

  • Schedule a high volume of interviews (approximately 35–70 per week), including panel interviews and candidate travel arrangements
  • Coordinate calendars with hiring managers, recruiters, and interviewers to ensure smooth scheduling and execution
  • Book conference rooms and send timely confirmation emails to candidates
  • Facilitate onboarding tasks such as orientation scheduling, background check coordination, and fingerprint scheduling (for Florida-based hires)
  • Manage and update job postings in our Applicant Tracking System (Workday)
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive, professional experience throughout the hiring process

**Qualifications:

**

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar administrative support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong scheduling skills, especially with Outlook calendar management
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across various teams and levels of leadership
  • Experience using Workday or similar HRIS/ATS systems (preferred)

Education Requirements:

  • Required: High School Diploma
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
