Job Overview:
In this contingent resource assignment, you will play a critical role in consulting on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Systems Architecture. You will review and analyze multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Systems Architect challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented elements. Additionally, you will contribute to resolving complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of functional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. This role involves strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Systems Architecture.
• Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Systems Architect challenges.
• Evaluate multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors, to address challenges effectively.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a deep understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to achieve project deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of Systems Architecture experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Proficiency in data architecture, system architecture, and data warehousing.
• Experience with Workday, HCM, Microsoft Fabric, and application modernization and rationalization.
• Deep HR tech experience and knowledge of modern Human Capital Management and data platforms.

Pay Range: $70 – $78

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
