Must have:

We require a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience. A familiarity with engineering disciplines is essential. You should possess effective skills in database management and presentation software, as well as strong organizational, planning, and time management capabilities. Additionally, we seek individuals with proven research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to take initiative and use good judgment for sound decision-making. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software are also required.

Responsibilities:


In this role, I will lead full life-cycle project management. I will establish and guide project teams, develop project plans that cover scope, schedule, cost, and communications, and oversee the procurement and management of resources, timelines, and quality. My responsibilities will include managing risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful project execution. I will apply engineering principles in the design and enhancement of both new and existing systems, and document any new components or modifications made. Ensuring the security and integrity of system and product solutions, in accordance with Navy Federal and industry standards for engineering and Information Security, will also be part of my duties. I will perform engineering tasks that support business needs and engage in technology research, procurement, deployment, and configuration for new or modified systems. When necessary, I will present organized, concise information to various audiences to enable effective business decisions and carry out any other assigned duties.
