Must have:

We are seeking a candidate who holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and possesses at least 3 years of industry experience post-graduation. You should have a minimum of 5 years in research and development or a similar graduate research background, primarily focused on AI technologies including 3D Computer Vision, Automotive Motion, and Behavioral Planning. Additionally, we require at least 3 years of experience in Technical Leadership. Proficiency in one or more programming languages typically used in machine learning (such as Python, C++, or Rust) and familiarity with major machine learning frameworks like PyTorch is essential. You will have hands-on experience in computer vision and deep learning, specifically in at least two areas such as multimodal transformers, multimodal language models, diffusion models, NeRF or Gaussian splatting, VLA modeling, 3D scene understanding, sensor calibration, autonomous driving, structure from motion (SfM), and behavior modeling/prediction. Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills are necessary.

Responsibilities:


In the role of Technical Lead specializing in Generative AI for 3D Computer Vision, you will drive innovation where GenAI meets spatial perception. Your key responsibilities will include leading research and development efforts in generative AI and 3D computer vision to foster embodied intelligence in domains such as Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), robotics, and industrial automation. You will advance 3D perception capabilities through the integration of large-scale vision-language-action models, enhancing reasoning, explainability, and understanding in open-world contexts. The role also demands you to architect and implement scalable solutions, transforming advanced research into robust and applicable systems on Bosch platforms. Furthermore, you will collaborate across teams globally to ensure flawless technology transfer and system integration while remaining engaged with academic and industrial communities through conferences and workshops. You will also contribute to our intellectual property through impactful publications and patent submissions, influencing the future of generative 3D AI technologies.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time role is between $180,000 and $210,000, with individual pay determined by various factors including experience, job knowledge, role complexity, and location.
