We are seeking a UX Design Manager, to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital products and experiences. This is a highly visible and hands-on leadership position responsible for defining UX strategy, designing engaging user interfaces, and collaborating across Product, Engineering, and agency teams. You’ll establish best practices, elevate design quality, and make a meaningful impact across web and mobile platforms.

***This is a hybrid position in Parsippany, New Jersey***

Responsibilities:

  • Lead UX and UI design initiatives for web and mobile app platforms, from concept through delivery.

  • Collaborate with Product Management to define user-centered solutions that enhance engagement, retention, and conversion.

  • Translate complex concepts into intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling user experiences.

  • Provide hands-on design support by creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals as needed.

  • Partner with Engineering to ensure design feasibility, implementation accuracy, and optimal user experience.

  • Manage and collaborate with external design agencies to scale capabilities and maintain consistency with brand and product goals.

  • Establish and champion design systems, standards, and processes that improve efficiency and quality.

  • Use data-driven insights-both qualitative and quantitative-to inform design decisions and continuously refine the user experience.

  • Mentor and support future design hires as the team grows.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work.

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, eCommerce, or product-driven environment.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

  • Deep understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, accessibility, and usability standards.

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and agency partners.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a user-first mindset and keen attention to detail.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience building or contributing to design systems.

  • Prior leadership or mentorship experience within a growing design organization.

  • Familiarity with using data and research insights to guide design strategy.
