Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud eProcurement modules (Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, etc.).
- Design and configure Supplier Registration and Qualification workflows in accordance with GRC policies and regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, ESG, AML, OFAC).
- Align supplier onboarding processes with enterprise compliance and risk management frameworks.
- Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to define supplier risk scoring models, approval workflows, and escalation matrices.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications, solution designs, and user stories.
- Drive fit-gap analysis, prototyping, UAT, data migration, and go-live activities.
- Configure and support supplier lifecycle management including:
- Supplier onboarding and registration forms
- Questionnaire design and scoring
- Approval workflows
- Risk categorization
- Sanctions/blacklist checks
- Integrate supplier registration processes with third-party compliance tools (e.g., Dun & Bradstreet, LexisNexis, Aravo).
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements throughout procurement and supplier lifecycle.
- Train users and develop documentation for procurement processes and GRC compliance procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement, including:
- Self-Service Procurement (SSP)
- Purchasing
- Supplier Portal
- Supplier Qualification Management (SQM)
- Deep expertise in Supplier Registration, Supplier Lifecycle Management, and related compliance workflows.
- Solid understanding of GRC frameworks (Governance, Risk & Compliance) as they apply to procurement and supplier onboarding.
- Experience integrating with or configuring third-party compliance systems (e.g., D&B, GRC tools, sanctions screening platforms).
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, audit controls, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR, ESG).
- Ability to run CRPs, UATs, stakeholder workshops, and training sessions independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Oracle Cloud Certification(s) in Procurement is a strong plus.
