Work Location – Hybrid- Fort Worth, Texas 76102
Travel requirements – 25% to provide trainings to users and meetings.
Contractor responsible to pay for parking.
Possible travel for storm outages.
Skills:
Tableau – Intermediate or High skill level
o Will be creating dashboards and reports
o Training stakeholders on how to run and use the reports and dashboard
Smartsheet’s – Intermediate or High skill level
o Manage current smart sheets form
o Modify form
o Create dashboard off of data from forms
o Create additional reports and dashboards
Excel – Intermediate or High skill level

Job Details:
Generate top-quality reports/dashboards and analyze output to support operational activities in the areas of Distribution Services.
Support small applications that report on contract crew counts, Work Orders, and storm restoration.
Performs frequent ad hoc data mining, reporting, and generation of decision support data and presentation.
Develop data visualizations to support Distribution Services.
Develop and pull routine data to support recurring reports and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitor and investigate crew count discrepancies between Oncor and Vendors.
Provide users with application training.
Data Validation and correction involve reviewing, correcting, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data through processes like auditing records, identifying errors, and collaborating with teams to fix issues.
