Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team in building scalable, resilient, and automated infrastructure for fintech systems, with a strong focus on payments and cards. This role involves working across cloud and on-prem environments to enhance system reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Automate operational tasks and health checks to ensure sustainable and scalable systems.
• Monitor production environments using observability tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk to maintain system health and performance.
• Identify reliability gaps through process reengineering and performance analysis.
• Partner with development and operations teams for system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including SOPs, configuration details, and infrastructure maps.

What You’ll Need:

• 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, preferably within fintech or product-based organizations.
• 4 years of hands-on experience with automation tools such as Python, Java, Ansible, or PowerShell.
• 4 years of experience with observability and monitoring platforms like Dynatrace, Splunk, Moogsoft, or Grafana.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or 7 years of relevant professional experience.

What Would Be Great to Have:

• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as GitLab, Harness, Nexus, Terraform, or SonarQube.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis and proactive issue resolution.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement.
