About the Role:

• We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer with React expertise for a long-term modernization initiative.
• This position is 60% backend (Java/Spring Boot) and 40% frontend (React/JavaScript), with a focus on UI performance, API integrations, and scalable solutions.
• You’ll collaborate with over 20 teams, modernizing APIs, enhancing UI frameworks, and improving overall system performance.
• This is a hands-on development role, ideal for someone who loves coding and building end-to-end applications.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript, and UI frameworks
• Solid backend development using Java and Spring Boot
• Expertise in API integration and frontend optimization
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Postgres, Cassandra, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize frontend applications using React.js, Redux, and JavaScript
• Design and develop microservices with Java Spring Boot
• Enhance UI/UX performance, responsiveness, and usability
• Develop and modernize REST APIs for front-end consumption
• Support DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes deployments
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to recommend best practices
• Migrate applications from Jenkins to Shield pipeline and assist in database modernization to Postgres/Cassandra
