Job Title: Lead BI Developer (Azure, PySpark)- Hybrid) Location: Houston, TX 77002 Duration: 12+ Months Work type: Hybrid – 3 days on Site

Required Skills:

  • Data engineering and BI development with hands-on PySpark.
  • Extensive Azure Data Services experience (Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, DataBricks).
  • Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data modeling.
  • Cloud architecture, data governance, and performance optimization knowledge.
  • Advanced SQL (performance-focused) and experience with dimensional modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas).
  • SSIS, SSRS, SSAS (tabular and multi-dimensional) familiarity.
  • Experience with DAX and MDX.
  • Exposure to Power Apps and Data Flows.
  • Knowledge of ML/AI concepts and their application in analytics; experience with Azure ML Services and OpenAI LLMs.
  • Experience implementing role-based and row-level security in BI platforms.
