Job Description:

Pay Range: $45hr – $50hr

• The Business Systems Analyst on the BTS Data Warehouse team will be responsible for gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for ETL applications, creating data mapping documents, and collaborating with data modelers to design and optimize table structures.
• This role requires strong SQL expertise, analytical skills, and experience in data warehousing projects, preferably in the healthcare domain.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and Data Mapping Documents for ETL application development.
• Write, review, and optimize complex SQL queries across multiple tables for data analysis and profiling.
• Collaborate with data modelers to define table designs and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Analyze data from multiple sources and environments to support ETL development and reporting needs.
• Participate in design discussions, provide technical input, and influence data warehouse best practices.
• Adapt to changing requirements and implement them effectively into ongoing work.
• Maintain awareness of industry and marketplace trends to support data warehouse strategies.

Skills And Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 10 years of work experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Proven experience creating BRDs, FRDs, and Data Mapping Documents.
• Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries across multiple tables.
• Prior data warehousing experience required; healthcare domain experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in multiple environments and adapt to evolving requirements.
• Must be local and able to work on-site as required.
