Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Job Description:

  • The Senior Business Analyst will lead requirements gathering and business process analysis for large-scale integration and digital transformation initiatives.
  • This role involves collaborating with technical teams, stakeholders, and UX/product teams to define functional and non-functional requirements, improve customer journeys, and support system integration and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Business Analysis And Requirements Definition:

  • Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process walkthroughs to identify and define business and technical requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.
  • Document current ( as-is ) and future ( to-be ) business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and data-driven improvements.

Integration And Solution Alignment:

  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately reflected in API specifications, integration designs, and data models.
  • Define data requirements and mapping logic between customer-facing systems and backend platforms (e.g., Helix Remedy).
  • Support validation of API-based integrations for workflow and data accuracy.

Customer Experience And Digital Process Improvement:

  • Partner with UX, product, and digital teams to enhance customer journeys, streamline digital workflows, and improve process visibility.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for digitization and automation within the customer engagement lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with software engineering teams to align business processes with AI/ML-based recommendations and data-driven insights.

Stakeholder Engagement And Governance:

  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment between business, operations, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support governance processes including requirements sign-off, change control, and project gating.

Required Skills And Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in software development or product management teams.
  • 7 years in business process analysis, data management, and system integration.
  • 7 years producing structured documentation (requirements, process flows, user stories, customer journey maps).
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience with requirements elicitation, process mapping, and data analysis (Excel, SQL, BI tools).
  • Agile & Scrum knowledge, including writing user stories and collaborating with agile teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in projects involving customer data management, digital agreement workflows, or CRM/CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-based recommendation systems or data enrichment processes.
  • Public sector experience is a plus.

Evaluation Criteria:

  • 7 years as a business analyst in software/product teams 40 points
  • 3 years in enterprise integration or digital transformation initiatives 20 points.
  • 7 years with formal requirements elicitation and analysis 20 points
  • Experience documenting customer journeys and application workflows 20 points.
