Role Description
The Customer Service Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of animal health products from order to delivery. This role combines customer support, order management, and office administration, ensuring that both internal operations and customer interactions run efficiently. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be detail-oriented, and understand the unique regulatory and logistical nature of the animal health and pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Order Management:
Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, product availability, and order status updates.
Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with animal health product handling standards.
Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, logistics, and warehouse teams to meet on-time delivery goals.
Handle returns, credits, and replacements following company policies and quality guidelines.
Office Management/Conferences:
Oversee general office operations to maintain a professional and efficient work environment.
Order and manage office supplies, stationery, and refreshments.
Support scheduling of meetings, shipping of samples, and preparation of materials for internal/external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1 year of experience in customer service or supply chain coordination
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; customer-focused mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).
Salary: $50,000 – $55,000
Preferred Skills:
Ability to analyze data and generate KPI reports.
Experience supporting office operations or administrative functions in a hybrid environment.
