Carpenter Lead
Seeking a Carpenter or Lead Carpenter for a direct hire opportunity in Madison, WI.

Salary starts at $30 – $45/h hourly depending on experience
Responsibilities for Carpenter or Lead Carpenter:
- New construction framing and finish work
- Listen and think critically, take direction and feedback from Superintendent, and communicate effectively.
- Participate and contribute to following the construction schedule/project timeline.
- Assist the Superintendent in creating a safe and productive job site.
- Track your work progress and regularly compare it to the construction timeline.
- Lead by example; team building, communication, listening, and creative problem-solving.
Qualifications for Carpenter or Lead Carpenter:
- 3 plus years of Commercial or Residential carpentry experience required
- Perform physical labor as directed by Superintendent
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Experienced in Finished Carpentry and Framing, and work desired.
- High school diploma or equivalent
