Implementation Specialist

A large virtual healthcare navigation organization is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support an ongoing project across their enterprise. This resource will assist in the implementation process through user testing, field reporting, and overall project management experience. The ideal candidate will have supported and undergone a new software/platform implementation for a company supporting multiple lines of business/stakeholders throughout the process. In this role, you will use platforms like Jira and Salesforce to track project progression and work with Project Managers, Technical Professionals, in addition to reporting to leadership for any relevant updates. Most importantly, you will partner with internal users to ensure the product is both functioning and being used properly. Sharp communication skills and an ability to multi-task are a must to be successful in this role. This platform will assist internal employees navigate and compare health coverage and other HR benefits seamlessly through a mobile app and web portal.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of IT Project Coordination, Technical Support, or similar experience
• Previous implementation experience with real-world experience implementing a digital platform across an organization
• Mac product exposure (MacBook, iOS, iMac, etc.)
• Project management tracking tool utilization (Jira preferred)

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Compensation Range:$37 – $47/HR
