About this Position:

Job Title: Network Consultant (Locals and W2 Only)

Required Skills:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, and experience in information technology systems or a related area. Relevant experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree on a year-for-year basis.
• 5+ years’ experience and knowledge of data network services and data communications (installing and implementing LAN and wireless infrastructure including switches, cabling, APs, and other components).
• 5+ years’ experience with complex data network design and equipment configurations.
• 5+ years’ experience with complex office automation systems, fiber optics, and microcomputer hardware/software.

Preferred Skills:

• 5+ years’ experience and understanding of advanced network configuration and protocols.
• 5+ years’ experience in cable management, patch panels, and troubleshooting telecom/network closets.
• 5+ years’ experience with wireless infrastructure, cloud networking (SD-WAN, Azure), and VoIP technologies.
