Info Technology Analyst I
What We Can Achieve Together The Information Technology Analyst I – IT Asset Management is responsible for the global purchase and life-cycle management of Asset Management managed PC’s, managing vendor relations and payments, maintaining operational efficiency, and working with other teams to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. This role is based at TNC’s Arlington Office and is part of the IT Service Management & Operations Team. Their work will involve minor physical exertion and/or strain and need to be able to lift 50 lbs. They may be required to travel and work flexible hours.
We’re Looking For You
- Maintain accurate records of the acquisition, allocation, and disposal of physical assets managed by the Asset Management program.
- Assess vendor performance, asset quality, and cost-effectiveness to aid purchasing decisions.
- Update and maintain the asset inventory database, documentation, and management tools promptly.
- Create asset quotes, order hardware, and communicate with customers.
- Handle vendor relations, invoicing, payments, and follow-through.
- Setup and deploy loaner PC’s.
- Ensure all Asset Management program assets comply with TNC policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve fundamental support requests for asset-related issues and inquiries, escalating to global teams when necessary.
- Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy.
- Keep clear and precise records of all incidents and work within IT Service Management systems for effective tracking, team communication, and reporting.
- Monitor and prioritize incidents based on urgency and impact.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures, security standards, established service-level agreements (SLA’s) and key performance indicators (KPI’s).
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field accompanied by 2 years of work experience in IT support, systems analysis or related role, or an equivalent combination thereof.
- Experience with IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network and databases.
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in relevant field.
- Multi-lingual skills and multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience appreciated.
- Diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Experience in data analysis, a proactive mindset, and ability to collaborate across teams to enhance asset management processes.
- Experience with IT infrastructure components.
- Experience with vendor relations, purchasing and invoicing.
- Experience with ITIL, ticketing systems and remote support desktop tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Information The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $88,000 – $90,000. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate’s location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
