We’re hiring Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to join our nonprofit outreach and marketing team! In this role, you’ll engage with your community, represent well-known nonprofit organizations at live events, and help raise awareness for causes that truly matter—all while gaining hands-on experience in customer service, marketing, and public relations.

🎯 Your Role

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face of the campaigns you represent. You’ll engage with the public, share impactful stories about each cause, and help build long-term support for nonprofit organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent nonprofit clients at live events, fundraisers, and outreach programs

  • Engage with the public in a professional, energetic, and approachable way

  • Communicate key messages about nonprofit missions and initiatives

  • Educate supporters on how they can get involved or donate

  • Collaborate with your team to meet outreach goals and deliver measurable campaign results

  • Maintain integrity, compassion, and professionalism in every interaction
