Key Responsibilities

Procurement

  • Contribute to financial optimization, cost savings, and process streamlining across the organization.
  • Support strategic supplier relationships to meet or exceed company goals for cost reduction in direct and indirect materials and services.
  • Maximize cost efficiencies through effective contract and agreement management.
  • Assist in vendor evaluation to meet commercial, operational, and cost-saving objectives.

Vendor Development

  • Support vendor performance management across delivery, quality, cost control, and relationship development.
  • Assist in vendor discovery, sourcing, selection, and scoring.
  • Contribute to SLA management and proactive supplier risk mitigation.
  • Manage the Global Supplier Listing (GSL), including category definitions, accuracy, updates, and reporting.
  • Implement and monitor vendor scorecards and KPIs, aiding in corrective actions as needed.

General Administration

  • Ensure daily operations align with SOPs, regulations, and company values.
  • Support the development and execution of procurement and vendor strategies, goals, and KPIs.
  • Maintain and manage the PVM eRoom and associated files.
  • Provide backup support during team absences (with prior training).
  • Assist the Director and team members in achieving departmental objectives.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure adherence to Global Supplier Management and Procurement Policy (GP07).
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in an administrative role.
  • Appropriate administration qualifications.
  • Microsoft European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and MS Access.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; fluency in English required.
  • Quality-conscious, organized, and effective task prioritization.
  • Ability to work remotely and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter with multitasking ability in a fast-paced, global environment.
