Job Title: Product Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of innovative products. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to drive product initiatives from ideation through launch and beyond. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
  • Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to create compelling, user-centered experiences.
  • Develop detailed product requirements and use cases.
  • Prioritize features and tasks using data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor product performance, KPIs, and iterate to improve outcomes.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product adoption.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial design, or a related field. MBA a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or related role.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma).
  • Technical background or experience working with development teams is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with A/B testing, customer discovery, and usability testing.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles.
  • Understanding of AI
  • Creative mindset
