Title: Group Product Manager
Duration: 6+ Months of Contract
Location: RemoteJob Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled contractor to support the creation and maintenance of our sales collateral stack for our Crypto-as-a-Service (CaaS) business. This role will involve developing compelling sales pitch decks, one-pagers, and other materials to enable our sales teams to effectively communicate our value proposition to clients.
  • The contractor will also be responsible for ensuring the collateral remains well organized, up-to-date, and aligned with our evolving product offerings.

Duties:

  • Create high-quality sales pitch decks, one-pagers, and other materials tailored to the needs of our CaaS business.
  • Regularly update and maintain the collateral set to reflect product updates, market trends, and client feedback.
  • Work closely with sales, product marketing, and product teams to gather insights and ensure alignment on messaging.
  • Support our sales team with ad-hoc client materials.
  • Partner with sales teams to provide training and guidance on using the collateral effectively in client engagements.
  • Partner with the RFI team to ensure consistent standardized messaging across our product areas.
  • Establish appropriate measurement criteria for the function and report quantifiable progress over time.

Skills:

  • Minimum of 4-6 years experience creating sales collateral or RFP responses in the financial services industry.
  • Deep understanding of the banks, brokers, exchanges, and fintech space to craft materials that resonate with these audiences.
  • Powerful storyteller: written, verbal, and visual
  • Outstanding project management skills and familiar with Highspot as collateral library organization tool
  • Ability to come up to speed on technical topics quickly
  • Self-starter and ability to be ready to roll-up your sleeves and get things done
  • Knowledge of design best practices and able to polish materials without design resources
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams

Education:

  • Experience working on crypto products and strong knowledge of crypto
