- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- 8 years of highly technical project management experience, preferably in new enterprise projects and/or product development
- 5 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or a related role
- Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in using project management tools to create and manage detailed program/project schedules
- Expert understanding of new product development and/or enterprise program management processes, including waterfall and agile methodologies

- Experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver product requirements
