Family Care Coordinator – Early Steps Program – Osceola County

Job Description: Position Summary This position will be in our Osceola County location and we are looking for compassionate individuals that want to assist children ages 0-5 years old thrive!Family Care Coordinators have caseloads of 65-85 families. You will be conducting screening assessments, scheduling service provision, updating the child’s individual plans, particpate in multidiciplinary meetings to provide feedback on a child’s needs and overall development as well as complete extensive documentation. We are paper based! Daily printing and filing. We need someone that has some experience working with children and families.Visits are virtually with the families unless they make a preference to meet in person at the office.Responsibilities This job pays between $22-25 an hour. The hours are 8am to 4:30pm. The office is located at 3377 W Vine Street, Kissimee Fl 34741. This is an 8am to 5pm job and is not remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred in early childhood, social work, special education, child development, and psychology)
• 1 year working with young children (0-5 years old) and early intervention.
• Bachelor’s degree outside the preferred need to have 3 years’ experience.
• Florida DL with no more than 6 points and no ore than 3 incidents within 3 years
• Hours 8:00am-4:30pm unless family needs a later appointment which by our Department of Health contract we must comply.
• Office: Osceola (3377 W. Vine Street, Kissimmee, FL 34741)
• This is not a remote position. Office job. TM’s are in the office (not working from home).
• 90% of appointments with families are on Teams (virtual), (again you are in the office), however we accommodate families in person when they request at any time.
• Fast-paced job.
• We are part of Orlando Health and OH TM’s, but this job is not in the hospital, however, new hires are eligible for benefits on day one and tuition reimbursement is one of those benefits!
