Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Advanced Technical Support For VMware NSX and SDN by Resolving Complex Incidents, Performing Root Cause Analysis, And Implementing Effective Solutions To Technical And Security Issues.
  • Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Seamless Operations And Enhance The Security Posture Of The Organization, Addressing Complex Tickets Within Agreed SLAs.
  • Participate In Knowledge Management Initiatives By Updating And Maintaining The Knowledge Base, Ensuring Comprehensive Documentation Of Solutions And Processes.
  • Conduct Training Sessions For New Team Members And Coach Analysts To Improve Their Technical Skills And Operational Efficiency.
  • Strive For Superior Customer Experience And Satisfaction By Achieving First Call Resolution, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions, And Proactively Identifying And Mitigating Security Threats.

Skill Requirements:

  • Advanced Proficiency In VMware NSX and SDN Technologies.
  • Strong Troubleshooting Skills.
  • The Ability To Analyze And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
  • Experience In Incident Management And Root Cause Analysis.
  • Knowledge Of Security Best Practices And Operational Standards.
  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills.

Certification:

  • Optional But Valuable Certifications: Vmware Certified Professional (Vcp), Vmware Nsx-T Data Center, Itil Foundation Certification.
