Job Title: Ruby on Rails Developer

Location: Austin, TX (on-site)

Job Description:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Ruby on Rails applications with a focus on scalability and performance.

  • Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components or third-party services.

  • Maintain existing applications by identifying and resolving technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

  • Collaborate with product and design teams to define and implement new features.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.

  • Manage database integrations using PostgreSQL , MySQL, or similar technologies.

  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps processes where applicable.

  • Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and continuous improvement of the development process.

  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in web development
