Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record in managing complex technology or business transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business, development, QA, and vendors.
Manage budgets, risks, issues, and change control processes effectively.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure project adherence to organizational policies, standards, and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
Foster collaboration, clear communication, and accountability across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master s preferred).
12-14 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in project management.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, or similar tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
Experience in [industry/domain e.g., Insurance, Healthcare, Public Safety, Finance] is a plus.
