ServiceNow Developer
Tandym group is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join a dynamic team doing platform support. This role will be part of a broader delivery team focused on enhancing and maintaining the ServiceNow ecosystem, including ITSM, ITOM, Platform, and CSM modules.
This is a long-term contract, 100% REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, Platform, and CSM modules.

Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.

Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.

Support integration efforts with other systems and platforms.

Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Required Qualifications:

2-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, Platform, and CSM.

Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.

Familiarity with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
