Lead Technical Analyst
Job Description
Insight Global is currently seeking a Lead Month-End Close Technical Analyst to support enterprise-wide applications for a major client in Cleveland, OH.
This role is responsible for leading the support and optimization of software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise systems used for data collection, reporting, and planning. The analyst will manage system configuration, updates, and data accuracy, while also developing custom queries and reports to support strategic decision-making.

Skills and Requirements
Solid understanding of Financial Close process in Oracle Cloud and R12 across all Subledger modules General Ledger
Working experience in at least 2 Oracle finance modules along with good understanding of overall processes and data flows across all finance modules
Exposure to Audit and Controls requirements and expectations
Understanding of change control processes 6-8 years of experience in enterprise-wide software support with in-depth knowledge of software development methodologies
Extensive knowledge of enterprise-wide applications and software platforms
Experience managing software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide systems
Expertise in configuring and setting up various enterprise-wide applications
Experience applying security designs and principles to technology-based business solutions
Experience leading teams and overseeing database management and maintenance
Ability to develop and review complex custom queries using query and reporting tools
Extensive knowledge of data management best practices and quality control processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors
Salary $120-$150k
