Requirements

Must have:

We are looking for an individual with over 5 years of experience in Information Security or IT, including at least 2 years focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or JIRA for IAM requests and incident management. You should have a demonstrated background in user provisioning, account management, and access monitoring. Excellent technical writing skills for documenting policies, procedures, and workflows are essential. A basic understanding of automation concepts like scripting and workflow tools, along with knowledge of authentication methods (e.g., MFA) and access governance, is also required. Strong communication abilities to collaborate effectively across teams are necessary, as well as a forward-thinking attitude with a desire to enhance monitoring and reporting capabilities. We value individuals who are highly accountable, adaptable, and detail-oriented, especially in a dynamic working environment.

Responsibilities:

In this role, I will manage and efficiently resolve IAM service requests and incidents through the ticketing system. I will oversee user provisioning and de-provisioning in Azure AD and Okta, ensuring that access aligns with our policies and meets business requirements. Moreover, I will write and maintain clear procedures, documentation, and user guides to support consistent IAM operations. I will strive to improve ongoing IAM processes, including password management, multi-factor authentication (MFA), access reviews, and entitlement management. Identifying opportunities for automation to decrease manual labor and boost efficiency is a key part of my role, as is collaborating with IT and Security teams to enhance the monitoring and reporting of IAM activities. I will assist with both internal and external audit requests by gathering necessary documentation and providing informed responses. I will actively contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements and adopting industry best practices. Additionally, I will provide guidance and training to junior staff on IAM policies, tools, and procedures.

Company:

This position allows for remote work, providing flexibility in your work environment while still being part of our dedicated Information Security team. In this role, you will be a crucial component in shaping our IAM practices and helping us achieve our security objectives through innovation and efficiency.
