Responsibilities:
As the Principal, Cyber Engineering & Technology Operations, you will lead the strategic design, execution, and enhancement of cybersecurity protective technologies across our organization. You will provide expert guidance in maintaining the security and integrity of our enterprise-wide cyber systems and networks. This role emphasizes data, endpoint, and AI security. Your key accountabilities will include: – Leading and mentoring in the establishment and enhancement of cybersecurity technologies, such as endpoint detection and response and cloud infrastructure controls. – Overseeing technology management aspects related to email, collaboration tools, office applications, and various protective measures. – Collaborating with internal teams on shared infrastructure initiatives to bolster cybersecurity efforts. – Advising on all information technology service management interfaces to ensure seamless operation. – Conducting research to assess complex system security needs and defining appropriate requirements. – Establishing security policies to guarantee compliance with industry standards. – Leading incident response planning, disaster recovery, and ensuring operational resilience. – Influencing and fostering collaboration with cybersecurity peers, data privacy partners, and other internal or external stakeholders.

The expected salary for this role ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 and varies based on several factors including location, education, certifications, and experience level. This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive award based on company and individual performance. Additionally, we provide Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year, unless otherwise mandated by law.
